LaTawnya Johnson
Associate Degree, Human Resources / Georgia Piedmont Technical College
LaTawnya Johnson came to Park Springs 15 years ago as a weekend housekeeper at Cobblestone. She was soon fulltime housekeeper, then an Activities Assistant at Cobblestone. Encouraged to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she completed that program and then became a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Currently, she is Supervisor of CNAs and CMAs at Cobblestone and well on her way to earning an Associate Degree in Human Resources at Georgia Piedmont Technical College. She works alongside those she supervises, caring for residents who say she “does what she says she will do and is a joy to be around!” It is an honor for the Foundation to be a small part of her remarkable career at Park Springs.
