Daniel Ugbaja

Pre-Med Student / Oglethorpe University

Daniel is a Presidential Scholar at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.  He is in the pre-med program with hopes to attend medical school to become a neurologist.  His mother, Mildred Ugbaja, who immigrated to the United States from Nigeria in 2018 and works in the assisted living facility, said the program has made a huge difference in her life as a mother of four children. Ugbaja also has another child receiving scholarship funds from the foundation.
